Why we do this?

It is extremely rewarding for us to be in the position to contribute to such important and deserving causes. Along with this, we are able to get our company name out and hopefully gain new clients who may want to hunt with us again in the future.

How it works?

ATH offers big game hunting packages to be actioned at a fundraiser.

Once a donation is sold at a fundraiser, we will need to be sent the bidder’s information -including full name, email, phone number and home address-, and we will take care of the whole process, contacting the bidder and planning the trip.

This is a 100% donation. Although we recommend a $1,000 minimum bid, the fundraiser keeps 100% of all funds raised. The retail price of the package for two hunters is $3,900. There is no cost or obligation to the fundraiser if the donation package doesn’t sell.

What is required from the auction winners?

ATH will contact the winner and provide a list of available dates for the next season, as well as provide all the information needed to organize the trip, including price of items not included in the donation. We may, in addition, assist with the booking of the domestic flights, hotels, shows and tours during their stay in Argentina.

Winners have 45 days to pick the dates, from the moment we are in touch with them. Once the dates are chosen, each hunter will then need to pay a deposit of $2,000 to ATH in order to confirm their place. This deposit will be applied in full to their trophy fees.

The donation package

5-day Big Game Hunt in Argentina for two Hunters

ATH invites two or four hunters to travel to Argentina for a 5-day hunting experience,

2x1 guided big game hunt for open dates between March and August 2023 or 2024

The donation package includes:

All ground transportation according with itinerary; exclusive lodge accommodations; all meals; 4 full hunting days; 2x1 guide service; assistance from a certified trophy export broker in Argentina; assistance for the planning of your stay in Argentina for hotels, city tours in Buenos Aires, tango shows, dinners, etc.

The donation package excludes:

Flight tickets; transfers from international airport to domestic airport; rifle rental; license; trophy fees; all trophy shipping expenses.

Hunting season

The Big Game Hunting Season in Argentina runs from March through the end of June for all antlered species including Red stag, Fallow deer and Axis deer.

Horned trophies such as Water Buffalo, Blackbuck, Mouflon, Multi Horned ram and Feral boar are available year-round.

Terms & Conditions

This Argentina big game hunting trip is valid for two (2) or four (4) hunters for the 2023 or 2024 season. A minimum of two hunters is required. Each hunter must harvest a minimum of two animals including one (1) red stag or one (1) water buffalo. Trophy fees are not included. Additional trophy animals may be taken per the current trophy fee price list. Non-hunting observers may be added per price sheet. Non-hunters are welcome but may not take the place of hunters in this donation package. Additional hunters may be added per the current price list. Each hunter will be required to submit a $2,000 deposit to reserve their hunting dates. The deposit goes 100% towards their trophy fee bill at the end of the hunt. The credit is non-refundable. The donation is transferable to a friend or family member. Dates must be selected within 45 days of winning the auction. Trip might be rescheduled within the dates detailed in the donation. The purchaser of this auction agrees to the terms & conditions of ATH.
